According to Volaris refund policy, a passenger may be eligible for a money-back for a cancelled flight. However, there are certain restrictions on determining how much of a return you may be eligible for. If you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of purchasing it, you may be eligible for a full refund. After that time period, only refundable tickets get refunded.
